This one day course is a chance to cover a bunch of fundamentals of snow climbing with a short time commitment. We'll cover everything from strategic route selection, through step making to a full range of ice axe techniques, self arrest and all the way to end roping, short roping and snow anchors.

Included in the price:

Guide instructors and use of harness, helmet, ice axe, ropes and group technical gear for a limited number of participants. Club and personal gear will also need to be brought along to make up sufficient supply.

Not included in the price:

Personal clothing and equipment, transport or meals.
