We are pleased to announce Vancouver Island's first ever hut-based ski and snowboard tour. Our location in the Prince of Wales Range of northern Vancouver Island offers great alpine terrain, and superior subalpine tree and glade skiing from the comfort of the hut. Road access to above snow line, light packs, great terrain and the comfort of a wood-heated mountain hut combine to make for a magical weekend. Join us in pioneering hut-based touring on Vancouver Island.
If you don't own your own touring gear, Ski Tak Hut offers 50% off rentals for all Island Alpine Guides customers while on one of our trips.
You should be an advanced skier or snowboarder in natural snow conditions to sign up for a posted trip. If your skiing ability is less than this, please get in touch so that we can create a compatible group for you.
